The Role
As Sales Executive, you'll play a central role in managing key customer accounts while supporting the wider sales process from enquiry through to order.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of existing customers Proactively calling existing customers to monitor activity, follow up on quotes and progress opportunities Responding to inbound enquiries, qualifying requirements and gathering full details Confidently picking up the phone to move conversations forward Managing the sales inbox and ensuring timely, professional responses Processing orders through to production stage Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring the sales pipeline is always up to date Supporting sales reporting, order tracking and day‑to‑day sales administration Booking meetings and providing wider sales support where requiredThis role is account‑management led, with administrative tasks forming part of the support function rather than the core focus.
