Le Groupe Salu est un écosystème d'entreprises à visée régénérative, dédié à la santé durable. Sa mission : co-initier le changement vers un monde en meilleure santé, en prenant soin de l'humain, du vivant et de la planète.
Le rôle de COO opère principalement pour CENAS (réseau de centres de médecine du sommeil, 2 cliniques à Genève/Bulle : polysomnographie, CPAP, TCC-I), ainsi que pour Algorigin (compléments alimentaires à base d'algues, certifiés bio Ecocert, distribution pharmacies & B2B médical) et les nouvelles entités en développement.
Elle/Il se positionne au niveau Direction du Développement Commercial & des Affaires au sein de Cenas Groupe, avec des relais sur la Direction Opérationnelle, sous supervision transversale SALU.

Votre mission fondamentale est de transformer chaque opportunité initiée par le fondateur en résultat concret. Chaque engagement se concrétise, chaque projet se clôture, chaque relation partenaire se développe sur le long terme. Démarrer = finir : c'est la culture que vous incarnez.
Pur doer et architecte de processus, vous pilotez le suivi rigoureux de l'ensemble des chantiers, structurez les modes de fonctionnement du Groupe et préparez la scalabilité de l'organisation. Ce qui fonctionne sur deux sites doit pouvoir fonctionner sur dix.
Habile communicant·e et négociateur·rice dans l'âme, vous représentez le Groupe auprès des médecins partenaires, des assureurs, des autorités sanitaires et des acteurs du réseau de santé romand contribuant activement au développement et au rayonnement de l'écosystème. Vous prenez en main des négociations institutionnelles à fort enjeu : conventions avec les assurances santé, contrats et honoraires médecins (TARDOC), contribution au dossier du numerus clausus des médecins à Genève, contrats fournisseurs stratégiques.
Leader fédérateur·rice au service de l'organisation, vous adoptez une posture de servant leader avec les équipes que vous accompagnez. Vous gérez les situations sensibles avec discernement, et créez les conditions pour que chaque collaborateur·rice se réalise et progresse.
Nous recherchons une personnalité répondant au profil suivant :
Une expérience avérée dans une fonction dirigeante au sein d'une organisation de santé, réseau de cliniques, groupe pharmaceutique, franchise médicale ou institution socio-sanitaire.
Une exposition significative au secteur médical, pharmaceutique ou para-pharmaceutique, impérative pour comprendre les enjeux et les interlocuteurs.
Expérience en environnement multi-entités
Une expérience confirmée (10 ans ) en développement commercial B2B avec des professionnels de santé — médecins, pharmaciens, assureurs, cliniques.
Un profil opérationnel et structuré : maîtrise des outils de suivi (CRM, tableaux de bord), capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers complexes en parallèle, rigueur sans faille.
Une intelligence relationnelle fine : écoute active, compréhension des besoins implicites, capacité à entretenir des relations de confiance sur le long terme voire sur des décennies.
Une posture de servant leader authentique : humilité, capacité à coacher et faire grandir les collaborateurs, sens de la collaboration.
