Senior Contract Administrator (m/w/d) EPC/M, Infrastruktur- und Industriebauprojekte
Ihre Aufgaben
Vertragsmanagement Hauptvertrag
Vertragsmobilisierung und -verwaltung: Unterstützung bei der Mobilisierung sowie eigenständige Betreuung des Hauptvertrags durch den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, inklusive Fristen- und Rechtemanagement
Korrespondenz und Zahlungsanträge: Erstellung und Prüfung von vertraglichen Dokumenten, Nachträgen und Claims sowie Unterstützung bei Zahlungsanträgen und Vertragsansprüchen
Registers und Berichte: Pflege von Vertrags-, Claim- und Nachtragsregistern und Mitwirkung bei Forecasts und Projektberichten um die Projektleitung bei der Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen zu unterstützen und Streitbeilegungen zu erleichtern
Einkauf und Nachunternehmermanagement
Ausschreibungen: Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung von Ausschreibungen sowie der Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen inklusive Bewertung von Angeboten und Vertragsverhandlungen
Nachunternehmerverträge und Risikomanagement: Vertragliche Abwicklung und Unterstützung während der Ausführung, gekoppelt mit der Prüfung und Abwehr von Claims und dem Aufbau und Pflege von Registern
HSE & Compliance
Rechts- und Regelkonformität: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, unternehmensinternen und vertraglichen Anforderungen und Unterstützung der HSE Kultur nach HOCHTIEF Grundsätzen
Ihr Profil
Bildung und Erfahrung: Erfolgreicher Abschluss in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht oder Projektmanagement, gepaart mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement für komplexe Bau- oder Industrieprojekte
Fachkenntnisse: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vertragsrecht sowie in der Abwicklung von Bau- und Lieferverträgen, kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem kommerziellen und analytischen Verständnis
Kommunikations- und Softwarefähigkeiten: Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sind erforderlich sowie der sichere Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen wie Aconex
Arbeitsweise und persönliche Eigenschaften: Strukturierte, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
