What will you do? The Junior Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding and improving our product by bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This individual will work closely with the development team, users, and stakeholders to identify business problems, clarify requirements, and create solutions that drive user value and business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Business Requirements Gathering: * Collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements for new features and product enhancements. * Conduct user interviews to understand business needs and user requirements. * Create user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, and testable.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: * Analyze user behavior, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
* Process Improvement: * Identify and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
* Communication and Collaboration: * Effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. * Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 1+ year of professional work experience. Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. Experience in the logistics, transportation, or technology industry is a plus. * Preferred Experience: Experience with Jira and/or automotive logistics. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. * Location: In person in ATLANTA, GA ONLY. * Skills: * Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn, improve, and stay current with new technologies. * Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a strong team culture. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Total Compensation Package:
At Carpool Logistics, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the impact and ownership of this role. This position includes a base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
