Für unser Geschäftsfeld Omnichannel im Tribe BankingWorkspace und Vertriebslösungen (OMCBVL) suchen wir dich als Testautomatisierer (m/w/d). Deine Tätigkeit ist dem Chapter/Squad Virtual Agent zugeordnet. Hier arbeitest du mit 9 Kolleg*innen standortübergreifend und mit vielfältigen, teilweise englischsprachigen Schnittstellen zusammen.
Deine Aufgaben mit Perspektiven- Du übernimmst eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in einem agilen Entwicklungsteam, leitest interne und externe Teammitglieder an und agierst als Expert*in und Coach für verschiedene Stakeholder innerhalb des Squads.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Erstellung und Vorbereitung von neuen Tests, Testterminen und Teststrategien und passt bestehende Testfälle und Testdaten an neue Produktversionen an.
- Den Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit legst du auf die Testautomatisierung, indem du automatisierte Tests in unsere CI/CD-Pipelines integrierst und dabei eng mit Entwickler*innen, Product Ownern und Testmanager*innen in agilen Teams zusammenarbeitest.
- Du bist an der Durchführung der funktionalen und qualitativen Tests auf allen Teststufen beteiligt.
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik sowie langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von fachübergreifenden (Teil-)Projekten.
- Du bringst Praxiserfahrung in der Testautomatisierung in einem agilen Umfeld mit (z. B. mit Selenium, Cypress, Playwright oder ähnlichen Tools), bist versiert im Umgang mit CI/CD-Tools und Versionsverwaltung (Git).
- Idealerweise besitzt du eine ISTQB/ASQF Certified Tester Foundation Level Zertifizierung, bringst Kenntnisse zu Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation einer Genossenschaftsbank mit und möglicherweise ist dir auch der BankingWorkspace nicht fremd.
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich KI gesammelt, die es dir ermöglichen deine Arbeit effizienter zu gestalten.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau).
- Du kannst deine starken konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, deine hohe Kundenorientierung und dein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein nutzen, um an der testgetriebenen Entwicklung leicht und intuitiv bedienbarer sowie ansprechend gestalteter Funktionalitäten für Produkte mitzuwirken.
