In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserem HR-Team und verbinden klassische Personalreferenten-Aufgaben mit einem fundierten Verständnis für Payroll-Themen:
- Betreuung und Beratung von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Steuerung und Umsetzung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding
- Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess
- Organisation von Schulungen, Unterweisungen, Betriebsarztterminen, etc.
- Übernahme der monatlichen Zeiterfassung sowie der Ermittlung der Lohnnebenkosten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Payroll und unserem Steuerbüro sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
- Unterstützung bei abrechnungsrelevanten Themen durch Ihr fundiertes Verständnis der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachwirt/in, Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise als Personalreferent oder HR Generalist
- Fundiertes Verständnis der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung (eigene Abrechnungserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)
- Sicherer Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eine freundliche und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die Spaß am Kontakt mit Mitarbeitern sowie an Teamarbeit besitzt und mit ihrer Macher-Mentalität begeistert
