The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events. You will be responsible for growing business profit and revenue and developing long-standing business relationships. If you are proactive, truly enjoy providing superior service, and a high sales performer who loves taking ownership, this could be an ideal place for you!/ppPrimary Responsibilities/pulliMeet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses/liliComplete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation/liliConduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain center of influence information., identify Target 25 (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients)/liliProvide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO referrals/liliIncrease sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals/li/ulpPosition Requirements/pulliA minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience/liliExperience with sales and marketing within the service sector/liliSuperb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills/liliStrong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude/liliExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired/liliWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is required/liliBachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law/li/ulpCompensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year/ppPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential./ppAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in peoples lives each and every day!
