Senior Scientist (m/w/d) – Entwicklung klinisch-chemischer Reagenzien (IVD)
Standort Magdeburg
In dieser Schlüsselrolle entwickeln und optimieren Sie klinisch-chemische Reagenzien entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Formulierung bis zur stabilen Serienproduktion. Sie leisten wertvolle Schnittstellenarbeit und haben Freude an Mitgestaltung und Übernahme von Verantwortung. Dabei bieten wir ein vertrauensvolles Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Sie Ihre Expertise direkt in marktrelevante Produkte übersetzen können.
- Entwicklung und Optimierung klinisch-chemischer Reagenzien und Assays inkl. Robustheits-, Stabilitäts- und Performancebewertung auf relevanten Analysesystemen
- Analyse produktionsnaher Problemstellungen und Ableitung wirksamer Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Rezepturen, Spezifikationen und Herstellanweisungen sowie Unterstützung bei Transfer in die Produktion
- Sicherstellung der Dokumentation des Verantwortungsbereichs gemäß geltender Qualitäts- und regulatorischer Anforderungen (z.B. ISO 13485)
- Hochschulabschluss in Chemie, Chemieingenieurwesen, Biochemie oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Liquid-Reagenzentwicklung Klinische Chemie im IVD Umfeld z.B. mit den Schwerpunkten
- Formulierungs- und Rezepturentwicklung: Puffer- und Additivsysteme (z. B. Detergenzien, Stabilisatoren, Konservierung), pH/Ionenstärke, Kompatibilität, Stabilitätskonzepte (real-time/accelerated)
- Troubleshooting & Produktionssupport: Systematische Ursachenanalyse bei Abweichungen (Rohstoffwechsel, Prozess-/Handlingeinfluss, Reklamationen/NCs), Ableitung und Umsetzung von CAPA und Wirksamkeitsprüfung
- Tech Transfer / Scale-up: Überführung von Laborrezepturen in die Produktion (Herstellvorschriften, Inprozesskontrollen, Spezifikationen, Abweichungsmanagement)
- Bereitschaft zum Arbeiten in einem regulierten Umfeld und Kenntnisse über geltende Qualitäts- und regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in analytischer Chemie und typischer QC-/ Charakterisierungsanalytik (z.B. UV/Vis, photometrische Assays, pH/Leitfähigkeit, Titration, Viskosität, ggf. HPLC)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Labor- und Dokumentationsstandards (SOP/SAA, Rohdatenführung, Datenintegrität/Traceability) sowie Routine in der Erstellung technischer Berichte, Spezifikationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Hohe Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke (Deutsch und Englisch) gepaart mit Hands-On-Mentalität
