Was Sie erwartet
Projektleitung von Business-, Change-, bzw. IT- Projekten in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen
Gesamtverantwortung über alle Projektphasen, inkl. Projektbudget, Zieldefinition sowie Controlling
Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern. Je nach Thema Einbezug unseres IT-Netzwerkverbunds Esprit bzw. weiteren externen Projektpartnern
Regelmässige Kommunikation an die Fachbereiche sowie die Gesamtbank
Aktive Begleitung des Changes inkl. Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
Erkennen von Abhängigkeiten und Synergien und deren laufende Abstimmung
Führung der Projektmitarbeitenden (je nach Projekt)
Management von mehreren unterschiedlichen Projekten
Beitrag zum Wissensaufbau im Team und Unterstützung als Sparringpartner
Ihr Arbeitsort ist Olten oder Zürich (mit Reisebereitschaft nach Olten) mit der Möglichkeit, teilweise im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
Was wir erwarten
Mehrjährige, fundierte Projektmanagementerfahrung als Projektleitung zwingend erforderlich
Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement und/oder Betriebswirtschaft
Solides, breites Bankenfachwissen (Finanzieren, Anlegen, Retail) oder ähnlichen Branchen
Analytisches Denkvermögen, rasche Auffassungsgabe und IT-Affinität
Sicheres Auftreten, Überzeugungskraft und Durchhaltewillen
Lösungsorientierung, offenes Mindset, Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit
Gute ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Vergütung
Bei der ABS haben wir ein Vergütungsmodell, das gleichen Lohn für gleichwertige Arbeit sicherstellt. Unsere Löhne sind intern transparent und wir garantieren eine Lohnspanne von maximal 1:5 zwischen dem tiefsten und dem höchsten Lohn. Für diese Rolle liegt der Einstiegs-Jahresbruttolohn bei rund CHF 120'000.-. Die Einstufung erfolgt anhand von klaren und transparenten Kriterien.
