Functieomschrijving:
Als Productie Supervisor heb je een veelzijdige rol met onder andere de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Dagelijkse aansturing, coaching, organisatie en coördinatie van de productieafdeling.
- Realisatie van vastgestelde productiedoelstellingen, waaronder productiviteit, omsteltijden en kwaliteit.
- Handhaving van een hoog niveau van veiligheid en kwaliteit binnen de productieafdeling, gezien de BRZO-omgeving.
- Voorbereiden en begeleiden van inspecties en audits van externe organisaties en overheden.
- Proactief identificeren en oplossen van knelpunten en productieproblemen.
- Optimalisatie en verbetering van productieprocessen in lijn met continue verbetering.
- Rapporteren, controleren en analyseren van procesparameters, met eventuele aanpassingen in het productieproces.
- Ontwikkeling van een lange termijn visie op het productiegebeuren en het initiëren van verbeteringsprojecten.
Functievereisten:
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, voldoe je aan de volgende vereisten:
- Leidinggevende capaciteiten en technisch inzicht.
- Proactieve, flexibele en enthousiaste houding met een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Uitstekende samenwerkings- en communicatievaardigheden.
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
- Mbo/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Kennis van verbetermethodieken, zoals Lean, Six Sigma en TPM.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:
Als Productie Supervisorkrijg je een uitdagende functie binnen een dynamische en professionele omgeving.
- Een salaris tussen de € 5.000,- en €6.000,-.
- Vakantietoeslag van 8%.
