$80,000–$90,000 OTE ($40,000–$50,000 base + Uncapped Commission) Take the Next Step in Your Career in Tool Sales for the Stone Fabrication Industry! Are you a hands-on fabricator or shop lead who knows what tools make a shop run efficiently? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving real-world problems, and helping shops get exactly what they need to get the job done? If so, this Outside Sales Rep role could be the perfect fit. This is a great opportunity to transition off the shop floor into a high-earning, relationship-driven sales role. If that sounds like you, read on — this could be your next step. – Work for a well-established tool supplier with a strong reputation in the fabrication space. Work-Life Balance
– Early start/early finish schedule (typically 6–7 AM to 3–4 PM). High Earning Potential
– $40K–$50K base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $70K–$90K+. Strong Benefits Package

What You’ll Be Doing: Visiting fabrication shops to understand their needs and recommend tools and solutions Managing an assigned territory and developing relationships with shop owners, fabricators, and purchasing leads Driving repeat business by building trust and offering expert guidance Tracking orders, inventory needs, and providing timely follow-up and support Working with the internal team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction What You Bring: Background in fabrication or shop environments (Preferred)
– Experience as a fabricator, installer, or shop foreman is highly valuable. Strong interpersonal skills
– You enjoy connecting with people and are naturally solution-oriented. Sales interest or experience
– Whether you’re new to sales or have some experience, you're ready to work hard and learn. Valid driver’s license
