Account Manager, Service Provider Sales (m/w/d)
Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für den Themenbereich Hosting und Managed Service Provider im Account Management bist Du für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:
- Gesamtverantwortliche Betreuung / Vertrieb unseres Service Provider Portfolios bei definierten Partnern
- Akquise, Aufbau und strategische Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen
- Erschließung neuer Marktsegmente im Managed Service Provider Umfeld
- Analyse von Wachstumspotenzialen beim Partner sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Strategie zu deren Realisierung
- Verantwortung für Umsatz- und Ergebnisentwicklung des Produktsegments
- Cross Selling und Kundendurchdringung gem. Arrow xSP (MSP/CSP) Portfolio
- Aufbau und Pflege der Kontakte von Ansprechpartnern bei unseren Herstellern
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Partnerveranstaltungen von Arrow oder des Herstellers
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise im Bereich Managed Service Provider
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Spaß am Verkauf
- IT-Produkt- und Marktkenntnisse besonders im Bereich Managed Services
- Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
