Position Summary: The Outside Sales Representative role is designed for an experienced, self-driven sales professional with a proven track record of closing and a history of sustained tenure. This is not an entry-level opportunity. The successful candidate will take ownership of their lead pipeline, conduct in-person consultations with potential clients across the Puget Sound region, and manage their own schedule in pursuit of both individual and company-wide revenue goals.
This position is classified as exempt under the outside sales exemption as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 CFR § 541.500) and Washington Administrative Code (WAC 296-128-540), as the work is primarily conducted away from the employer's place of business and involves making sales or obtaining orders independently.
Key Responsibilities: Actively pursue sales opportunities through in-person consultations with potential customers Coordinate directly with the inside sales team to communicate availability and manage appointment scheduling Attend one weekly sales meeting to identify, claim, and coordinate leads with internal staff Collaborate with the office team to relay chosen consults for scheduling and CRM documentation Generate additional leads through self-driven outreach, including follow-ups with previous or unclosed clients Maintain organized records and share relevant information with inside sales to support accurate CRM entry Independently manage scheduling, route planning, and consultation approach Achieve outlined performance metrics and contribute to overall revenue targets Operate primarily in the field using a company-provided vehicle for regional travel (stipend provided for those who would prefer to operate personal vehicles) Represent Beehaven with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction Work Structure This role is managed by performance expectations rather than direct oversight and does not have set daily hours. You will be supported by our internal team, who will assist with client scheduling, data entry, and lead generation tools. The territory for this role covers the North Sound, Puget Sound, and South Sound regions.
Compensation This is a high-earning opportunity for a proven sales professional- significant opportunity to overdrive targets on a consistent basis for an ambitious individual. Representatives hitting our $2,000,000 annual sales target earn approximately $120,000 in total compensation, made up of a base salary and monthly performance-based commission. A company-provided vehicle is included for all work-related travel.

Minimum Qualifications:
(required) Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in B2B and/or B2C settings Demonstrated history of sustained tenure with previous employers Demonstrated success independently managing a sales territory Proficiency with CRM software for logging and managing client data Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage and prioritize a self-directed workload Comfort with flexible hours and regional travel Valid driver's license and clean driving record
