Job Title: Graphic Designer III Location:
New York, NY, USA (10001) Work Mode:
Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Pay Rate:
$80/hour on W2 Interview Process:
Single round (Portfolio review required)
Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and
production-savvy Graphic Designer III
who can independently handle projects from concept to final execution. This role requires a proactive, action-oriented professional with strong experience in
branding, retail, and design production , preferably within the
beauty, fashion, or salon industry .
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end design process:
concept, design, mechanicals, comps, and final production Create visual assets for:
Product lines Websites Marketing and promotional materials Packaging layouts (2D & 3D understanding required)
Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative teams to:
Develop creative concepts Write supporting copy for campaigns Create product names and taglines
Work independently without production support Handle multiple projects (small to large scale) with flexibility Communicate effectively in real-time, proactively identifying and resolving issues Incorporate feedback and provide constructive input to team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in
graphic design and packaging design Strong portfolio showcasing
branding and retail work
(mandatory) Expertise in:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma Adobe Premiere (for video/animation work) PowerPoint
Strong understanding of
design production and execution Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
beauty, fashion, or salon industry Ability to
animate graphics Highly flexible and adaptable to changing project scopes Strong attention to detail and production quality
