Job Responsibilities Ensure technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations are met Lead and mentor colleagues to foster technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement Collaborate effectively with colleagues while promoting JT’s values and positive culture Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external project teams Deliver high-quality work that aligns with established standards and expectations Assist in the development and management of project budgets and timelines Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Job Requirements A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 7+ years of relevant experience (preferred) A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical competence to perform project tasks independently Demonstrated ability to use or learn client and internal software required to complete projects A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work Life at JT: The Benefits and Perks
