Deine Aufgaben
Durchführung und Sicherstellung der internen Erfassung und Weiterleitung der physischen sowie digitalen Post mittels Auspacken, Sortieren, Scannen, Indexieren und Verteilen (vertraulich / persönlich)
Durchführung und Sicherstellung der ausgehenden physischen Post mittels Sortieren und Übergabe
Interne und externe Abklärungen und Korrespondenz im Zusammenhang mit Irrläufern
Erstellen von Verrechnungsanträgen an IV
Erfassen von Kreditorenrechnungen und Vendoren im System
Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des Input Management-Prozesses (Automatisierung / Digitalisierung)
Weitere Aufgaben nach Vorgaben des Vorgesetzten oder Abteilungsleiters (z. B. schriftliches Einverlangen von ötigten Arztberichten, Fragebogen sowie Ermächtigungen)
Dein Profil
Gesucht wird eine Person mit Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
Erfahrung im Input Management von Vorteil
Gewandter Umgang mit Informationssystemen wie Word, Outlook, Document Scanning Software, Document Indexing und Management System
Stilsicheres Deutsch, jede weitere Sprache (E/F/I) von Vorteil
Hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Verschwiegenheit, effektive, effiziente und organisierte Arbeitsweise, Eigenverantwortung sowie Flexibilität
