works in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home. As a HICU nurse, you have the opportunity to deliver quality care to clients and their family for the initial weeks of homecare, while providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team.
