Noorderhart telt 453 bedden (333 in Noorderhart Mariaziekenhuis en 120 in Noorderhart Revalidatie & MS) en stelt zo'n 1400 medewerkers en 150 artsen te werk die elke dag het beste van zichzelf geven met zorg op maat.
Functieomschrijving De dienst IT Noorderhart is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven systeembeheerder - infrastructure om onze dienst te versterken. Ons IT-team bestaat uit 10 gemotiveerde medewerkers die samenwerken om de IT-infrastructuur van ons ziekenhuis optimaal te laten functioneren. Als Systeembeheerder Infrastructure ben jij één van de sleutelfiguren binnen onze technische ICT-architectuur. Jij beheert en optimaliseert de infrastructuurcomponenten die essentieel zijn voor een performant, veilig en altijd beschikbaar ziekenhuis. Je werkt in een omgeving waar betrouwbaarheid, discretie en nauwkeurigheid essentieel zijn. Door jouw inzet zorg je ervoor dat onze zorgverleners kunnen rekenen op een stabiele en vlot functionerende IT-omgeving zodat zij probleemloos en efficiënt kunnen werken. Takenpakket:- Onderhouden en optimaliseren van onze IT Infrastructure fundamenten zoals: storage, backup, virtualisatie, datacenter, …
- Onderhouden en optimaliseren van het netwerk
- Monitoring, incidentopvolging en probleemoplossing op infrastructure-niveau
- Documenteren van systemen en procedures en het delen van kennis binnen het team
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van het assetmanagement systeem
- Je biedt second-line ondersteuning bij incidenten
- Projectmatig werken binnen het domein van Infrastructure, zowel voor vernieuwingstrajecten als optimalisatieprojecten
- Je neemt deel aan het IT wachtregime ( /-1 week om de 10 weken)
- Je adviseert het diensthoofd IT
- Werken in een kritische 24/7-omgeving waar continuïteit van levensbelang is
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor in de informatica of elektronica
- Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen systeembeheer of infrastructuurbeheer
- Kennis van HPE Aruba, Netapp, Purestorage, VMWare is een pluspunt
- Je bent service- en klantgericht met een oog voor kwalitatieve dienstverlening
- Je bent luistervaardig en hebt een correcte en vlotte communicatiestijl
- Je bent een enthousiaste, gedreven en leergierige teamplayer
- Je bent positief en flexibel ingesteld
