This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on opening new doors, building relationships from the ground up, and driving growth through persistence, strategy, and accountability./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities within assigned hospital and health system territories./liliAchieve defined sales objectives through disciplined prospecting, strategic account planning, and consistent customer engagement./liliExecute outbound outreach strategies to meet daily and weekly reach and frequency goals while maintaining high-quality interactions./liliDevelop and manage account plans that align customer needs with CuraScript SD solutions and long-term growth potential./liliMaintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and reporting requirements using approved systems./liliCollaborate with cross-functional partners to support opportunity development and solution alignment./liliDemonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial approach to territory management while operating within budget and policy guidelines./liliPrepare routine reports and respond to special reporting requests to support business visibility./liliRepresent CuraScript SD at industry events, customer meetings, and internal forums in and out of territory./liliPerform consistently at a high level while balancing performance expectations and compliance requirements./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum 3 years of relevant sales or business development experience./liliStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills./liliProven ability to self-motivate, manage time effectively, and drive results independently./liliDemonstrated organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills./liliExperience developing and executing business or account plans./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology tools./liliKnowledge of managed care operations or healthcare sales environments./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree (preferred, not required)./liliExperience using Salesforce, SAP, TPS, or similar CRM and enterprise systems./liliExperience selling into hospital or health system environments./liliComfort working in a hybrid environment with regular in-office collaboration./li/ulh3Work Location/h3pThe Lake Mary, FL office is the preferred office alignment but we will be open to candidates who can report to other Evernorth offices as well.
