Responsibilities What Youll Do (Daily) Prospect aggressively through outside sales, referrals, networking, and community outreach Generate and close new business across Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance Conduct high impact policy reviews to upsell, cross sell, and retain clients Negotiate policies confidently while aligning with company guidelines Follow up relentlesslyleads, quotes, renewals, and referrals Execute marketing and lead generation strategies to dominate your local market Deliver strong customer service that turns clients into long term relationships Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity records Use data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
Requirements Who Were Looking For Proven sales experience (outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or similar) Strong closer mentality with confidence handling objections and negotiations Excellent communication skillsyou can simplify complex concepts and sell value Competitive, goal oriented, and motivated by income and performance Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline without micromanagement Customer focused but sales driven mindset Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus Active or willing to be active in the local community This Role Is NOT for You If: You want guaranteed hourly pay without performance pressure You avoid prospecting or outbound sales You need constant supervision to stay productive Why Farmers Insurance?
