Hiring Immediately: Part-Time Event Sales Representative - Local Events
In-person event role
not a desk job. Work at home shows & local events, engaging attendees and generating leads. Entry-level role with paid training and real earning potential! Join Window Nation as a part-time Event Sales Representative and gain hands-on experience engaging customers and generating leads in a fast-paced environment. This is not a "sit behind the table" job. You'll be on your feet, starting conversations, and making things happen. Paid training included. Where We're Hiring: Westchester County + surrounding communities (White Plains, Yonkers, Mount Pleasant, Fairview, Tarrytown, Ardsley, Irvington, Hawthorne, Thornwood) What You'll Do: Actively approach and engage event attendees Start conversations and generate interest in our products Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home appointments Work toward lead goals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Help set up and break down event booths (materials up to 50 lbs.) What an Event Day Looks Like: Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, fairs, markets) Set up branded displays and materials Be on your feet engaging with event attendees (68 hours) Capture lead info and keep things organized Pack up and break down at the end of the event Schedule: Evenings and weekends (when events are busiest and most profitable) Hours: 1030 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month What It Takes: You're comfortable talking to new people all day You bring energy, confidence, and a strong work ethic You're reliable and show up ready to perform You're motivated by goals and performance-based earnings You can stay on your feet for extended periods Customer-facing experience helps (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) but isn't required Basic Requirements: High school diploma or GED Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodations Ability to stand for 68 hours, with or without accommodations Reliable transportation to event locations Nice to Have: 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience Comfortable speaking one-on-one or in small groups Bilingual is a plus Pay & Perks: Competitive hourly rate + uncapped commissions based on performance (up to $50 per lead) Paid training Mileage reimbursement (round-trip to events) Growth opportunities into full-time and sales roles Team environment that actually supports you $19 - $19 an hour Hourly base pay rate = $19.00 per hour + uncapped commissions (up to $50 per lead) #LI-LM1 If you want a role where effort directly impacts your paycheck and you can build real sales skills fast, this is it!
