Senior Specialist Insurance Claims (all genders)

Ta contribution à l'entreprise
Traitement des sinistres complexes responsabilité civile avec lésions corporelles notamment les cas de RC médicale, canton, commune, entreprise et véhicule automobile
Examen et évaluation des questions de couverture et de responsabilité et calcul du dommage et paiement des prestations
Conduite de négociations avec les preneurs d'assurance, les personnes lésées, les représentants légaux et d'autres instances
Traitement et exécution des recours actifs et passifs
Tes aptitudes et tes talents
Juriste/avocat ou spécialiste en responsabilité civile
Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le traitement de sinistres complexes dans le domaine de la responsabilité civile avec dommage corporel
Grande capacité à s'imposer et talent de négociateur, ainsi que compétences sociales et techniques élevées
Aisance dans les contacts humains, persévérance, dynamisme et indépendance
Facilité dans la prise d'initiatives et esprit d'équipe
Excellente maîtrise de la langue française et de bonnes connaissances d'allemand est un atout
