Was erwartet Sie?
Verantwortung für die Betreuung eines Kundenportfolios: Koordination aller Anfragen, Organisation von Sitzungen (Review, VR, GV, Events...) und ihrer Projekte (CRM) ;
Mitwirkung bei der Strukturierung und dem Life Cycle Management der Anlagefonds ihrer Kunden und Bearbeitung aller Fragen und Anforderungen derselben (Product Management) ;
Projektleiter (Project Manager) bezüglich der Projekte "Onboarding" von neuen Kunden und der Lancierung von Anlagefonds nach Recht gemäss den Anforderungen der Kunden unter Beachtung der Möglichkeiten von Solutions & Funds (Project Management). ;
Aktive Geschäftsentwicklung des Unternehmens (Suche nach neuen Kunden, Erstellung von Dienstleistungsangeboten, Betreuung von Interessenten / Prospects ...) (Business Development) ;
Teilnahme an Sitzungen, Kundenveranstaltungen, Investmentfondsmessen, Präsentationen, Arbeitsgruppen insbesondere der Verbände, in denen die Gesellschaft Mitglied ist (COPTIS, AMAS, Friends of Funds usw.).
Was bringen Sie mit?
Mindestens 5 Jahre für die Position relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Client Relationship Management; Kenntnisse über Investmentfonds sind von Vorteil;
Kontaktfreudigkeit, Aufgeschlossenheit ;
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise ;
Bachelor in Wirtschaft/Finanzen, Jurist oder vergleichbar von Vorteil ;
Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook und etc.) ;
Kenntnisse betreffend der inhaltlichen Betreuung von Internetseiten und sozialen Netzwerken;
Deutsch, ösisch und Englisch.
