Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will: Engage customers face-to-face
inside our partner retail locations,
presenting and selling
AT&T Wireless & Broadband products. Provide exceptional customer service by
listening to needs
and
tailoring solutions
to each individual, effectively
bridging the gap
between our clients' offerings and customer needs . Achieve and exceed sales targets
and performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis through proactive engagement and follow-through. Collaborate with your team and managers
to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and celebrate wins. You'll have hands-on coaching from leaders who work beside you in the field, not just from behind a desk . Act as a liaison
between the customer and the client's brand - you'll become an expert on your product line and handle questions, concerns, or troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction . Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings
to build your skills in sales, leadership, time management, and more. Over time, assist in
training and mentoring new team members , contributing to team growth and your own leadership development. Maintain professionalism and uphold Mobizwiz's values of communication, integrity, and respect in all interactions , ensuring a positive brand image for our clients and a
great experience
