CRM & Pipeline Integrity: Utilize advanced CRM tools to provide high-fidelity revenue forecasting and pipeline visibility to the executive leadership team.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at regional trade associations (BOMA, ICSC, IFMA) to solidify its position as the premier exterior service aggregator in the market.
IDEAL EXECUTIVE PROFILE The successful candidate is a seasoned commercial sales leader with a background in exterior facility services, commercial paving, or multi-site landscape maintenance. You possess a verifiable track record of managing a regional sales budget of $15M–$30M and have successfully closed complex, multi-property agreements with a focus on long-term recurring revenue. You are a data-literate strategist who understands the lifecycle of exterior assets and can translate technical site assessments into compelling financial justifications for C-suite decision-makers. WHAT MAKES THIS OPPORTUNITY DISTINCT This role provides the platform to lead the growth of a dominant exterior services platform in a hyper-growth regional corridor. Backed by a robust operational engine and a sophisticated technical auditing process, you will have the "unfair advantage" necessary to win complex, multi-site contracts. This is a high-visibility role with significant organizational influence and a clear path toward senior executive leadership as the platform continues its national expansion.
