Responsibilities Assist guests through the purchase process (greeting, selection, numbers, negotiations, financing, and delivery) ensuring their time with us is easy and stress free! Sell the passion and excitement of Harley Davidson to our customers using proactive feature-benefit sales techniques providing advantages of our products over competing brands. Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans. A self-starter! Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers. Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles in a manner appealing to customers. Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions. Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn product knowledge & follow a sales process Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premisesincluding indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areaswhile maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
