Minimum 3 years of sales management experience. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Managed 25+ employees, in several roles. Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements. 5+ years sales management and proven personal sales, commission experience helpful. What you'll do: Lead by example:
Inspire and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and a strong focus on team development. Drive results:
Take charge of daily operations, ensuring that goals are met and performance is optimized across all areas. Foster a positive culture:
