Youll drive revenue by finding new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping plan events that leave guests raving. From corporate lunches to dream weddings, youll guide clients through menus, packages, and custom solutions tailored to their needs and budgets./ppIf you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for food and hospitality, this is the job for you!/ppEssential Functions/pulliFind and secure new catering clients across corporate, social, and special-event markets./liliConduct high-volume phone and email outreach, network, and attend events to generate leads./liliBuild lasting relationships by understanding client needs and designing custom catering packages./liliServe as the main point of contact, providing guidance and reassurance through every step of event planning./liliCollaborate with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure events run flawlessly./liliEnsure every client leaves thrilled by following up after events and gathering feedback./liliStay ahead of industry trends, menu innovations, and competitor offerings to grow our business./li/ulpQualifications/pulliExperience in sales, catering, hospitality, or events/weddings preferred./liliOutgoing and personablea true people person energized by meeting new clients./liliExceptional communicatorconfident on the phone, via email, and in face-to-face meetings./liliAbility to handle high-volume outreach while managing multiple events simultaneously./liliOrganized, self-motivated, and driven to meet or exceed sales goals./liliProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus./liliFlexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and special events./li/ulpAdditional Notes/pulliAbility to sit, stand, and move around for long periods./liliOccasional lifting up to 2530 lbs (samples, catering materials)./liliTravel between client sites, office, and events as needed./liliWork in both office and event environments, including heat, noise, and crowds./li/ulpSalary
