Must be a team player and assist management with whatever might be asked of you. Must be punctual and on time every shift. Qualifications 2 years of Automotive Sales experience but we can train with the right selling experience Proven sales track record Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections Quality customer service skills and sales track record Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process Persistent, competitive and good work ethic Stay positive Holding yourself accountable and having a "No Excuses" attitude. Being a team player Self motivated Responsible and punctual Goal oriented Must be coachable and open minded.
