In dieser Funktion sorgst Du proaktiv für die Sicherheit und Gesundheit aller Mitarbeiter:innen an Deinem Standort, gibst ihnen Zuversicht und motivierst sie zu Höchstleistungen. Du kannst jeden Tag etwas für sie bewirken.
Key job responsibilities
- Überwachung der Standortleistung anhand festgelegter KPIs und Erstellung von Plänen zur Verbesserung von Prozessen
- Entwicklung von Programmen für den Arbeitsschutz und Planung von Schulungen
- Auswertung von Sicherheitskennzahlen und Trends bei Vorfällen; Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen bei der Ressourcenplanung für Risikobereiche
- Durchführung von Prüfungen zur Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und Umsetzung von Lösungen, wenn Risiken erkannt werden
A day in the life
Du arbeitest vor Ort an unserem Logistikstandort in Contwig. Dort nimmst Du die Prozesse genau unter die Lupe. Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutzvorschriften und erkennst mögliche Probleme und Chancen für Verbesserungen. Du arbeitest mit Mitarbeiter:innen im gesamten Geschäftsbereich zusammen und lernst ihre Risiken kennen. Du sammelst Daten, um smartere und sicherere Arbeitsweisen umzusetzen. Außerdem entwickelst Du Schulungen und andere Programme, in denen Mitarbeiter:innen neue Sicherheitsprozesse erlernen.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Ein Bachelorabschluss oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation entsprechend dem Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmen (EQF)
- Zertifizierung als „Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit“
- Verständnis der deutschen Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutz-Gesetzgebung
- Fortgeschrittene Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Erfahrung mit Lean-, 5S- oder Kaizen-Methoden
- Fähigkeit, Umweltinitiativen zu planen oder zu leiten
