Pour renforcer notre équipe informatique Trianon basée à Nyon (VD), et qui sera amenée à rejoindre le site de Paudex début 2027, nous recherchons un(e)
Missions
Encadrer et accompagner une équipe front-end en définissant l'architecture applicative côté client, les standards de code Angular et les bonnes pratiques UI/UX
Concevoir et implémenter des interfaces modernes, performantes et responsives en Angular, en s'appuyant sur des maquettes et prototypes Figma réalisés en collaboration avec l'équipe
Structurer et faire évoluer un design system cohérent, en veillant à son adoption technique par l'ensemble de l'équipe
Porter une attention forte à la qualité de l'expérience utilisateur, à l'ergonomie et aux détails d'interface dans chaque livraison
Collaborer avec les autres leads, analystes et architectes afin de concevoir et faire Ă©voluer une plateforme innovante
Contribuer à la culture DevOps en améliorant les pratiques CI/CD et en favorisant l'automatisation des tests UI
Votre profil
Bénéficier d'une formation ES, haute école ou équivalent dans le domaine informatique
Posséder une solide expérience en développement front-end, avec une expertise approfondie en Angular (architecture modulaire, state management, RxJS, performance)
Avoir une bonne sensibilité UI/UX : à l'aise avec Figma pour échanger sur des maquettes et prototypes, capable de challenger et affiner les propositions de design
Savoir collaborer efficacement avec les Product Owners et les parties prenantes métier pour traduire les besoins en interfaces intuitives et en composants réutilisables
Faire preuve d'un leadership bienveillant, permettant à chacun de s'exprimer, de progresser et de se sentir responsabilisé
Avoir acquis une expérience concrète en tests UI automatisés, notamment avec Playwright, est un plus
Une expérience des tests utilisateurs constitue un atout
Être capable de résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes de façon pragmatique tout en faisant grandir et évoluer son équipe
Maîtriser le français et l'anglais technique, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
