Outbound Business Development Consultant **

Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission **

Compensation **
A new Sales Representative can expect to make $55K-$60K in their first year with us.
**
OTE After Training: ** $75K–$90K (Year 1) | $90K–$110K (Year 2)
Monthly & quarterly performance incentives
This is a
high-output outbound sales role
for professionals who are confident on the phone, comfortable with metrics, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
You will make a high volume of outbound calls to financial advisors and firm decision-makers, qualify interest, and book appointments for senior consultants. Success is measured by
appointments booked, conversion rate, and consistency
.
This is
not
a passive call center position.
**
What You’ll Do **
Make high-volume outbound calls nationwide
Execute structured, consultative sales conversations
Qualify prospects and book meetings
Track activity and results in CRM
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets
Partner with senior consultants to drive growth
**
What We’re Looking For **
Outbound sales / inside sales / call-center experience
preferred
Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with high call volume and KPIs
Coachable, competitive, and accountable
Consistent work ethic and resilience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Recent grads with sales aptitude considered.
