Jij weet als geen ander hoe je processen borgt en goed overbrengt aan je Teamleiders en Bezorghelden. Je bent flexibel en zit boordevol drive om het depot elke dag een beetje beter te maken.
Wat doe je als Manager Depot Almere bij Coolblue?Als Depotbaas (Manager Depot Almere) ben je de eindbaas van jouw depot. Je hebt een coachende rol richting de teamleiders en werkt dagelijks met ze samen, jullie vormen een echt team. Naast het depot in Almere ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het CoolblueFietst depot in Amsterdam . Je werkt aan de doelen die we binnen CoolblueBezorgt hebben vastgesteld, zorgen voor tevreden klanten en het verhogen van de productiviteit. Denk hierbij aan het in 1 x goed bezorgen / installeren van bestellingen en een steeds efficiëntere manier van werken tijdens een laadproces. Ook Depotbaas worden bij Coolblue? - Elke dag het maximale uit jouw team halen door teamleiders te coachen en helpen te ontwikkelen.
- Het sturen op ambitieuze doelen en er alles aan willen doen om deze te behalen.
- Snel en pragmatisch oplossen van operationele uitdagingen. Alle bestellingen worden altijd volgens de Coolblue-belofte afgeleverd en geïnstalleerd.

- Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders zoals Process Engineering, HR-advies en Recruitment.

- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante leidinggevende werkervaring, teamleiders laten groeien door coaching, begeleiding en duidelijke feedback. (leiding gegeven aan leidinggevende).

- Je barst van de ambitie en wordt gelukkig als je de gestelde doelen behaald.
- De Nederlandse taal kent geen geheimen voor je.
- Ervaring met Last Mile delivery of Lean methodiek? Cool, maar geen must.
