What You’ll Do
Clean, update, and manage data across learning systems
Support tracking of training and development programs
Help create job aids, guides, and microlearning content
Assist with reporting using Excel and Power BI
Partner with the team to improve tools and user experience
What We’re Looking For
Current college student (any major; HR, business, analytics, or comms a plus)
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Interest in data, learning, or training development
Critical thinker with a service-oriented mindset
Exposure to Power BI is a bonus
