UX Automation and Analytics Engineer – Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. Responsibilities Design, develop and implement software applications according to specifications using appropriate programming languages and technologies. Analyze designs and determine coding, programming, and integration activities required based on objectives and project guidelines. Design limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for subsystems of end‑user applications running on local, networked, and internet‑based platforms. Execute and write portions of testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned application components; identify and debug code issues and suggest improvements. Identify opportunities for performance improvements and optimize code and application performance. Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and bug fixes to keep software applications functional and up to date. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer‑services teams on development projects. Support internal and external software products; generate ideas for innovation based on market trends. Participate as a member of project teams with internal and outsourced development partners to deliver reliable, cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions for assigned application components or subsystems. Communicate with internal and outsourced partners about application design status, project progress, and issue resolution. Education & Experience Recommended: Four‑year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Typically 2‑4 years of experience in applications engineering, programming, or related field, or an advanced degree with limited work experience. Preferred Certifications Programming language certification (Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar) Knowledge & Skills Agile methodology Amazon Web Services Angular (Web Framework) Application Programming Interface (API) Automation Computer Science DevOps Docker Full‑stack development Java JavaScript Kubernetes Microservices Microsoft Azure Python React.js Scalability Software development Software engineering SQL Cross‑Org Skills Effective communication Results orientation Learning agility Digital fluency Customer centricity Impact & Scope Impacts the immediate team and acts as an informed team member, providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually, with opportunities for bonus and/or equity (U.S. candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
