Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious CDL Construction Dump Truck Driver to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL and proven experience operating end dumps, side dumps, and belly dump trucks in a construction environment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork. Responsibilities
Safely operate end dump, side dump, and belly dump trucks on construction sites, highways, and other work locations. Transport and deliver construction materials such as gravel, rock, asphalt, sand, and soil to designated project sites. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate delivery logs, load tickets, and required paperwork. Work closely with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members to ensure timely and efficient material deliveries. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company standards to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Perform minor truck maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) . Double and Triple endorsements prefered. Minimum 1 year experience operating dump trucks in a construction or heavy civil environment. Proficiency with end dumps, side dumps, and belly dumps required. Clean driving record with no major violations. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain a drug-free status throughout employment. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing job requirements. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
