Als Inside sales specialist - PC-accessoires ben je goed op de hoogte van een breed aanbod aan randapparatuur van diverse bekende merken, wat zorgt voor efficiënte werkplekken voor onze klanten. We begrijpen dat je misschien nog niet alle kennis bezit, en we ondersteunen je met een gedegen opleidingstraject. Je werkt samen met je teamleden om de omzet- en margedoelstellingen te behalen.
Naast je verantwoordelijkheden binnen het PC accessoires-team bied je ook specifieke diensten en ondersteuning vanuit TD SYNNEX aan. Je helpt onze klanten om meer commerciële kansen te creëren door nieuwe proposities te ontwikkelen. Samenwerking is essentieel, omdat je relaties opbouwt met vendoren en klanten van andere afdelingen, waarbij je kennis, ervaringen en productinformatie deelt om gezamenlijk tot het beste resultaat te komen.
Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden:
- Klanten adviseren over hun aanbod
- Beantwoorden van vragen over producten en diensten
- Klanten informeren over aanbiedingen en promoties
- Offertes opstellen, zorgen dat deals worden gewonnen en targets worden behaald
Jij:
- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Vindt het leuk om met sales bezig te zijn
- Denkt oplossingsgericht
- Bent sterk in je communicatie
- Bent klantgericht, enthousiast en gedreven
- Werkt graag in een team
- Durft initiatief te nemen
- Hebt HBO/MBO+ werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Hebt enige affiniteit met IT producten
