Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and data analytics, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst 3 to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst 3, you will be part of the Supply Chain Operations Management department supporting data-driven decision making and process improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Extract and analyze data to support strategic business decisions within supply chain operations
Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various stakeholders
Collaborate with Order Fulfillment Managers and other team members on daily operational tasks
Support multiple projects by providing timely insights and technical solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data solutions
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3+ years experience in data analysis and supply chain operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Power BI
Strong understanding of data analytics, complex datasets, and reporting
Ability to work in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to articulate analytical findings effectively
