Conduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales center Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or current owners Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure and generate sales through utilizing proper closing techniques Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings Keep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trends What You'll Love

Must have Maryland Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one 1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferred College Degree is preferred Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment General knowledge of smart devices How You'll Be Rewarded:

After the initial training period, the compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
