What this job involves:

As a Project Manager at JLL, you'll take ownership of construction projects that shape the future of real estate for our clients. This role is designed for professionals ready to grow their leadership and technical skills while managing the full lifecycle of construction initiatives across diverse facilities. You'll coordinate planning, budgeting, and execution activities while serving as a key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while contributing to sustainability initiatives. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage construction project lifecycles from initial planning through final closeout and handover

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment with client objectives

  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution

  • Monitor project progress continuously and proactively address risks, issues, and change orders as they arise

  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all project phases

  • Support procurement processes and participate in vendor selection and contract negotiations

  • Participate in regular site meetings and oversee on-site activities to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications

  • Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives that advance environmental goals

  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management

  • Demonstrated familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation standards

  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams

  • Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced project environments

  • Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Preferred qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification, or actively pursuing certification

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification

  • Experience with design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software

  • Exposure to mission-critical environments including data centers, healthcare facilities, or corporate campuses

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices, green building standards, or LEED accreditation
