Manager Digital & Multi Channel Communication (w/m/d)
mit Berufserfahrung und Expertise im Pharma-/Healthcare-Bereich
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen OmniChannel-Strategie für OmniVision mit Fokus auf einer konsistenten Markenpräsenz über alle digitalen Touchpoints
- Strategische sowie operative Verantwortung für OphthaCompact – unsere digitale Wissens- und Fortbildungsplattform für Ophthalmologen
- Steuerung des Content-Ausbaus auf OphthaCompact (Fortbildungen, Studienzusammenfassungen, CME-zertifizierte Webinare) sowie Definition und Tracking der relevanten KPIs
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmens- und Brandwebsites und der Social-Media-Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams (Marketing, Medizin, Sales) und den Agenturen
- Verantwortung für den Ausbau des E-Mail-Marketings inkl. CRM-Integration und Schnittstellenmanagement sowie Reporting
- Strategische Führung und operative Steuerung externer Agenturen: Briefing, Koordination, Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung von Timelines & Budgets
- Kontinuierliche Analyse der Kanal-Performance mittels Analytics Tools und Ableitung datenbasierter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Volle Budgetverantwortung für alle OmniChannel-Aktivitäten inkl. Planung, Kontrolle und Optimierung
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung/Bereichsleitung
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Digital Business, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Ausgewiesene Expertise und mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing/Omnichannel im Pharma-/Healthcare-Bereich sind Voraussetzung.
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Steuerung von externen Agenturen und komplexen Projekten mit hoher Visibilität in der Organisation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit CM-Systemen (insbesondere WordPress) und Analytics-Tools (z.B. Google Analytics), sowie Erfahrung mit SEO/SEA
- Routinierter Umgang mit der Microsoft 365 Umgebung sowie CRM-Systemen
- Grundkenntnisse in HTML/CSS sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen (HWG, DSGVO)
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Exzellente Projektmanagement-Skills, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
