Currently hiring OTR drivers!
We Offer:
- Drivers average $70K-$100K/yearly
- Paid by the mile (.58 CPM loaded and .50 unloaded depending on experience)
- Drivers are out 10-14 days at a time
- Hometime is flexible - usually 2 days home for every 1 week out
- Delay pay after 2 hours $20/hour
- Layover pay $200/day
- Breakdown pay $15/hour
- Quarterly safety bonus

Responsibilities:
- Transport liquid bulk product over land to and from dairy farms and processing plants.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Requirements:
- CDL-A
- 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
- Ability to obtain tank endorsement
- Doubles/Triples endorsement
