you bounce back, follow through, and finish strong./li/ulpWhat Youll Do/pulliBe the first responder from our team after fires, floods, and disasters./liliQuickly assess damage and the clients needs, offering support and direction./liliBuild strong emotional and practical trust with clients./liliHelp people begin the restoration process with clarity, urgency, and care./liliBe available during off-hoursbecause disasters dont follow a 95 schedule./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAbility to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most/liliProficient with a variety of current technology/liliCareer emphasis on learning and continuing education/liliSound planning and organizational skills/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills/liliValid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record required/liliRelevant experience/liliMust be able to prioritize and manage time/liliThrives under high-stress situations/liliEnjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment/liliServants heart to take care of others/li/ulpRole on the Team:/pulliResponsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need/liliMonitors interprets and responds to lead sources/liliEstablish and maintain positive relationships in the local community/liliVolunteer non-operational time to related community events/liliOn-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled/liliAchieve and remain current in required certifications/liliProvide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner/liliSupport the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values/li/ulpRequired Education and Experience:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED required/liliExperience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance/lili2 + years experience in an outside sales role/li/ulpPreferred Skills Desired of Team Member:/pulliSelf-motivated to get results/liliLoves working people in need of assistance/liliIs organized, but flexible/liliMust be able to prioritize and manage time/liliExcellent communication skills/liliThrives under high-stress situations/liliEnjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment/liliServants heart to take care of others/li/ulpWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements:/pulliThe physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions/liliFrequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds/li/ulpMake an impact now: Since 1966, Paul Davis has been serving people in their time of need when facing disaster and having their worst day.
