Partner with the Sales team and lead customer-facing technical discussions and activities related to value creation and solution development to achieve the technical win. Build customer-specific solutions for the deployment and integration of Chainalysis products. Communicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities. Demonstrate Chainalysis solutions in a way that inspires audience confidence. Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal and external customers. Identify and highlight business opportunities. Partner with the Sales team to achieve goals and substantially increase our foothold with public sector customers and prospects. Provide guidance on technical challenges ranging from high-level architecture to code implementation. Support sales enablement of partners and channel alliances.
Qualifications
Built custom deployment plans for other SaaS products. A technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, Kubernetes/Docker/containerization of applications, and always interested in learning more. Experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. Knowledge of cloud application infrastructures, cloud-native security principles, and/or blockchain technologies. Fluency in English & Italian.
Nice to Have Experience
Prior security clearance. Worked in or directly with customers in the public sector – law enforcement, defense, justice, or civilian government sectors. Proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, SQL databases.
