Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
Manage, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
Analyze market trends and recommend pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure product availability and on-time deliveries.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs for senior management.
Requirements
3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in technology, retail, or Apple products).
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills in both B2B and B2C environments.
Previous experience leading a sales team.
Familiarity with digital tools such as Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
