As a key member of our client's call centre, you will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions on the first contact.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, showcasing professionalism and empathy Diagnose issues and provide efficient and accurate solutions on the first call Utilise internal systems and knowledge bases to assist customers confidently Document interactions clearly and accurately Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes
