Job Title: Office Administrator/ HR Salary: €31k Location: Dundalk, Office Based Ref: S011682 Description of Role: Do you enjoy working in a dynamic fast-paced environment? Are you ready for your next challenge? We are recruiting for an all-round Office administrator, whom may want to kick start their career in HR.

The office administrator will work with their HR Consultancy on HR and oversee Customers Relation Management as part of a team supporting their 34 strong Field Sales team in Ireland and UK.
Requirements: The successful candidate will need excellent IT skills, good academic achievement, and a strong work ethic with an interest in the fast-paced retail distribution industry.
Experience using Business IT systems, preferably Sage is required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver effective administrative support of HR activities including e.g.
recruitment, induction, pensions, record keeping and management reporting, etc.
Work closely with HR Team to provide administrative support to their activities ensuring uniform administration of functions across business.
Support recruitment function, e.g.
coordinating interviews and working with the appropriate manager throughout the process.
Liaise with relevant departments when new employees join the business, e.g.
ensure inductions are completed, records established, pre-employment training requirements satisfied, probationary reviews recorded, etc.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining candidate and personnel records (electronic and hard copy) ensuring accurate data is maintained on a timely basis, and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
Generate and develop standard and ad hoc reports for management.
Contribute to the ongoing development of Human Resources systems and processes to support operational effectiveness.
Other duties and responsibilities within the HR function generally Undertake continuous professional development via occupational and educational opportunities, professional publications.
