Location: Dublin hybrid Salary: up to 55k DOE Type of contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Partners and Associates within Pensions and Commercial practice groups; Proactively manage complex diaries and high-volume email correspondence to streamline daily schedules and prioritise critical meetings; Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) workflows for client onboarding, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory procedures and firm policies; Drive end-to-end billing cycle, including precise time entry, invoice generation, client balance tracking, and proactive follow-up on outstanding payments; Efficiently coordinate and execute client audit and accrual requests while meticulously processing corporate expenses; Produce, edit and flawlessly format complex legal documents, correspondence, and templates with high attention to detail; Digital dictation Requirements 3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary, PA or EA Experience in Pensions and Commercial law beneficial; In-depth experience handling client billing and payment systems; Fast and accurate typing skills (70+ WPM) combined with strong attention to detail; Advanced IT skills; Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to manage demanding workloads; Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills A collaborative team player who thrives both independently and on their own initiative.
