Job Description The Advanced Associate conducts structured QA reviews with growing independence, checking clarity, accuracy, and basic functionality of content. This role identifies routine issues, recommends straightforward corrections, and maintains organized documentation. The Advanced Associate collaborates with cross functional partners, troubleshoots simple discrepancies, and escalates complex or uncertain issues. Key Strengths Attention to detail, foundational QA skills, reliable documentation, problem solving, learning mindset, teamwork Responsibilities Perform assigned QA checks using detailed instructions and test plans in collaboration with internal testers and offshore vendors Conduct accessibility reviews based on established WCAG criteria Document findings accurately in Jira and upscale unclear or complex defects Assist in maintaining test plans, checklists, and organized QA materials Validate basic usability and formatting across content types Maintain accurate records of assigned work and progress Support continuous improvement by providing observations on recurring issues Ensure content meets baseline Pearson quality and accessibility standards Collaborate effectively with team members to support project workflows Who we are: At Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.
