• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service restaurant AKM, exec sous, or KM role in a high-volume, systems-oriented casual or upscale-casual environment
• Solid and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding quality standards in a scratch kitchen
• Must love a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
• Inventory and ordering are required - previous experience is necessary
• Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is a must
• Proactive problem-solver and hands-on work ethic
